1. The Service
sydep (“the Service”) is a browser-based tool for designing, simulating and documenting system architectures. Some features are available without an account; others require signing in or a paid subscription, as described on our pricing page.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Diagrams created while signed out are stored only in your browser's local storage and are not backed up by us.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and renew automatically until canceled.
- You can cancel at any time from the billing page; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- Prices may vary by region to reflect purchasing-power parity.
- AI-powered features (review, documentation) consume a monthly quota of actions as described on the pricing page; unused quota does not roll over.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to circumvent usage limits, reverse-engineer the application, or use it to generate unlawful content.
5. AI-Generated Content
Architecture reviews and documentation are generated by AI models and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for validating any recommendations before relying on them.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
